Design

A reference architecture is a starting point, not a plan. We design the deployment against your actual environment: your sites, your identity stack, your data flows, and the compliance obligations you're answerable for.

The output is a design your team can read, your auditor can follow, and our engineers will build to without interpretation.

Implementation

This is where most security projects stall. Ours don't, because the people who designed it are the people building it, and there is one named lead accountable for the schedule.

We roll out in stages, prove each one before moving on, and cut over without taking your business offline to do it.

Support

Go-live is not the finish line. We stay on through handover until your team can run the platform on their own, and we remain available afterwards for the engineering questions that only come up once you're operating it.
